Every Maison Éclat frame is prepared with care before it leaves us. This policy exists to make sure the journey from our hands to yours is as considered as the object itself.


Where We Ship

Maison Éclat ships worldwide. Every order, wherever it is going, is handled with the same attention.


Order Cutoff & Dispatch

Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time are dispatched the following business day.

You will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and email as soon as your order leaves us — so you always know exactly where your frames are.

International 7–10 business days


These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by customs processing, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally extend delivery times. We will always keep you informed if something changes.


Shipping Costs

Shipping within India is complimentary on all orders, with no minimum spend required.

For international orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery country. All international orders are shipped with express handling as standard — there is no need to request an upgrade.


Duties & Customs — International Orders

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an international order.

Maison Éclat is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, nor for any additional charges levied by local authorities.


Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are available for orders delivered within India. International customers who receive a damaged or defective item are encouraged to contact us directly at support@eclat-eyewear.com — we will always do our best to find a fair resolution.

Something Went Wrong?

If your order arrives damaged, or if there is any issue with your delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at support@eclat-eyewear.com. Include your order number and, where possible, a photograph — we will take it from there.
