Warranty & Returns Policy
Your Maison Eclat sunglasses come with a 1 year warranty. If something’s not quite right for you, you may request a return or exchange within 10 days of delivery.
Items must be unused and in original packaging. The returns and exchanges process can be initiated from your account portal on our website. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection. Read more.

Each Maison Éclat frame begins as raw cellulose acetate at the Mazzucchelli atelier in Castiglione Olona, Italy — shaped, polished, and hand-finished over a process that takes weeks, not hours.
LUXURY PACKAGING
Each Maison Éclat sunglasses is packed with care to give you a complete unboxing experience. Our standard packaging includes a leather case, microfibre dustcloth, a travelling pouch, auithenticity card along with the signature dual-tone sunglass box.
